Kazakhstan's economy growing without reliance on oil - deputy PM

ALMATY. May 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's economy is maintaining steady growth even as oil production declines, driven by manufacturing, construction and trade, the country's deputy prime minister said Wednesday.
