Former deputy foreign minister Kuantyrov appointed Kazakhstan's Ecology Minister

ASTANA. Sept 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Alibek Kuantyrov as Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, according to a decree published Thursday on the presidential website.
