Kazakh Interior Ministry working on points system for repeat traffic offenders

ASTANA. Sept 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan plans a points system for traffic violations that would suspend driver's licenses for one year, Interior Minister Yerzhan Sadenov said.
