Bektenov orders regional governors to oversee heating season preparations, complete repairs by end of August

ASTANA. May 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has instructed regional governors to complete repairs to heating infrastructure no later than the end of August.
