Kazakhstan boosts civil service perks with new law

ALMATY. May 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a new civil service law Tuesday aimed at boosting the profession's appeal and retaining qualified staff, his press service said.
