Sept 4 (Interfax) - The activities of certain Western countries seeking to retain global dominance undermine the international legal system and considerably destabilize the military political situation near the CIS borders, attendees of a session of the 22nd CIS conference of security and intelligence chiefs said in a joint statement on Friday.
