KazMunayGas announces cash tender offer for outstanding notes due 2030
ASTANA. Aug 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's national oil and gas company KazMunayGas (KMG) and KazMunaiGaz Finance Sub B.V. have announced their invitation to each holder to purchase for cash up to the maximum principal amount of KMG’s $1.25 billion 5.375% notes dues 2030, KMG said in a press release published by the London Stock Exchange Wednesday.
