Nostrum Oil & Gas selling Kazakh assets to Altaris Holding for $304.6 mln

ASTANA. Aug 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Zhaikmunai LLP, a subsidiary of Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC, is selling its assets in Kazakhstan to Altaris Holding, Zhaikmunai said in a press release published by the Astana International Exchange (AIX).
