CHOLPON-ATA. Aug 5 (Interfax) - Russia is a leading investor and strategic partner of Central Asian countries, Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund CEO Artyom Novikov said at the Russian-Kyrgyz economic forum on Wednesday.
