ASTANA. July 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a law ratifying changes to the status of two border crossings with Uzbekistan, upgrading them to international checkpoints with round-the-clock operation, official media reported Friday.
