Kazakhstan may invite Chinese partners to build three power plants

ASTANA. Feb 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Chinese partners may be involved in the construction of three cogeneration heat and power (CHP) plants in Kokshetau, Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakh Deputy Minister of Energy Sungat Yessimkhanov said.
