Tokayev calls for strong safeguards against cryptocurrency fraud

ASTANA. Jan 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has said attempts to siphon capital abroad through cryptocurrency schemes continue in Kazakhstan.
