ASTANA. Jan 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s authorities have yet to calculate the total losses from the shutdown at the Tengiz oil field but the full suspension of operations is already costing the project partners about $40 million per day, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.
