Discounts on Russian Urals oil increase by $6/bbl by end-Dec

MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - Discounts on Russian Urals oil in western Russian ports on FOB terms increased from $20.1-$22.5 per barrel in November to $26.45-$28.2 per barrel by the end of December, while discounts in Indian ports rose by just over $3, ESPO became cheaper by $6.9 and the discount in China rose by $7, according to data from the Argus agency, seen by Interfax.
