Kazakhstan isn't mediator in Ukraine conflict, but ready to provide venue for negotiations if necessary - Tokayev

ASTANA. Dec 23 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said in a phone call with U.S. President Donald Trump that the process of resolving the Ukraine conflict is complex and said he is willing to provide the parties with a venue for negotiations, the Kazakh presidential press service said on Tuesday.
