Tokayev: Global security architecture cannot rely on nuclear deterrence

ASTANA. Dec 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said the global security architecture cannot be based on nuclear deterrence and urged the international community to take more decisive multilateral action to eliminate the threat of nuclear weapons use and testing.
