Kazakhstan allocates 4 bln tenge to protect Caspian seal population

ASTANA. Dec 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan is moving forward with plans to establish a nature reserve dedicated to protecting the Caspian seal, Serik Sermagambetov, head of the Fisheries Committee at the Ministry of Agriculture, said Wednesday.
