S&P Global affirms Azerbaijan's ratings at 'BB+/B', changes outlook to positive

BAKU. Dec 8 (Interfax) - S&P Global Ratings has affirmed Azerbaijan's long- and short-term domestic and foreign currency credit ratings at "BB+/B", S&P said.
