ASTANA. Nov 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - In a ceremony at the United Nations in New York, Kazakhstan and Botswana signed a joint communique to formally establish diplomatic relations. The document was signed on Tuesday by the two countries' permanent representatives to the UN, Kairat Umarov and Charles Masole.
