Kazakh president appoints former health minister Tsoi as social policy adviser

ASTANA. Oct 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Alexey Tsoi as his adviser on social issues, according to a press release from the head of state.
