Tokayev: Parliament reform aims for transformation, not Senate dissolution

ASTANA. Oct 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated that Kazakhstan's parliamentary reform is aimed not at dissolving the Senate but at a profound transformation of the entire representative branch of government.
