Kazakh Deputy Minister proposes AI for film dubbing, content monitoring

ASTANA. Sept 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Yevgeny Kochetov has proposed using artificial intelligence (AI) for dubbing films and monitoring video content.
