ASTANA. June 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan will implement stricter controls over charitable organizations after revelations of a 3.5 billion tenge embezzlement scheme involving the "Biz birgemiz" ("We Are Together") foundation, Deputy Prime Minister Yermek Kosherbayev announced Thursday.
