Kyrgyz authorities expand citizens' choice of surname spellings

BISHKEK. July 22 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has signed amendments to the Family Code, expanding citizens' options for choosing surnames in line with traditional naming customs.
