ALMETYEVSK. July 11 (Interfax) - Russia finish compensating oil produced in excess of OPEC+ quota on schedule, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told journalists on the sidelines of the Oil Summit of the Republic of Tatarstan.
