Kaspi.kz co-owner Kim gets approval to acquire Jusan Bank

ASTANA. June 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has granted Vyacheslav Kim, the co-owner of Kaspi.kz, approval to acquire a controlling stake in First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC, the Agency said in a Tuesday press release.
