April 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan possesses the necessary educational foundation and skilled workforce, creating prerequisites for entering the international IT services market, according to Beata Javorcik, Chief Economist of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
