Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan aim to complete Trans-Caspian submarine communications cable by 2027

ASTANA. March 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are set to complete the construction of the Trans-Caspian fiber-optic communications line (FOCL) by the end of 2026, according to a statement from AzerTelecom.
