CIS monitoring mission recognizes Belarusian presidential election as free, transparent

MINSK. Feb 3 (Interfax) - The monitoring mission of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has concluded that the recent presidential election in Belarus was free and conducted in accordance with the legislation.
