Kazakhstan ratifies amendments to EBRD agreement on expansion to Africa and Iraq

ASTANA. Jan 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's Senate has ratified amendments to the Agreement Establishing the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, paving the way for the bank to gradually expand its operations to Sub-Saharan Africa and Iraq.
