ASTANA. Jan 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The national company KazMunaiGas (KMG) is discussing details of the purchase of an oil refinery in Bulgaria at the invitation of Lukoil, KMG's press service told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
